Structure: Beginner Yang Style Taiji and Qigong instruction , will cover proper body lineup, body awareness and sensitivity training, mindful movement meditation, circling, coiling, shape/intent exercises and many other interesting things to regulate the monkey mind.
Expanded training will include; Sun Style, Chen Style, Water Boxing, and Fu Style Taiji along with weapons training in Sword, Spear, Fan and Staff. Martial application of the forms through partner work and Taiji Push Hands training will be part of the curriculum. This class will be unlimited in its scope and depth of training with emphasis on the wants and needs of the individual student.
