8-Step Standardized Taijiquan Lesson 1

We move from the preparation step where the weight is evenly
distributed on both feet. As we move into the first position there will
be a continuous shift of body weight and a continuous transition from
Yin to Yang and Yang to Yin in multiple ways throughout this small movement.
